RACING RULES QUESTIONS & ANWERS ANIMATED

The Q&A are the answers given by the Panel composed by 13 International Race Officials to the enquired questions on the Racing Rules. Questions may be submitted to the Q&A Panel by any International Race Official or Member National Authority. If the question is considered to be of general interest  then she is published on the ISAF site.
